May 29th The day again started smoky, making it perfect for today's drive to Flin Flon, which according to available information does not offer many attractions. After enjoying the undulating route back to La Ronge, we visited the Robertson Trading Post. What a marvelous place, in addition to finding everything you need to live, they have an unbeatable exhibition of skin jackets and moccasins, as well as skins, carvings, and bead work.  2023 May 22-29 We entered Saskatchewan at Lloydminster, continued to the Battlefords, where Fort Battleford was closed, however we visited the Fred Light Museum (good on military aspects, with an extensive firearms collection however with disappointing recognition of First Nations history). We continued to Saskatoon, which proved to be an attractive town, with river walks, tree-lined streets, some good places to eat, and an excellent art gallery - Remai Modern.
